Development review of single family, multi-family, mixed use and commercial plans for construction within the City of Vancouver for connection to our water systems. Design and Development of Capital Improvement Projects for the City of Vancouver pertaining to distribution to expanding areas, revitalization of existing water mains, and improvements to the numerous Water Stations or facilities.Work with RSSCT data management and Pilot Scale testing for Per and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) impacting specific water production facilities and remediation management. 12-Month process of water sampling collecting a minimum of 39 samples per week, data management and coordination with Engineering Consultant for filter media determination for City of Vancouver's first PFAS Treatment System.Grant writing and application securing funding through the DWSRF program and Public Works Board for use towards design and construction of PFAS Remediation systems for the City of Vancouver at multiple water production facilities: - $12.7 Million in forgivable loan funding for Water Station 14 - $15 Million ($12 Million in forgivable loan) in for Water Station 4 - $10 Million in funding for Water Station 4File management for Capital Projects tracking on-going projects and As-Builts with entry to SIDARS and GIS systems. Digitization of all Water Station records from original land purchase to current and creating framework for Digital Recordkeeping for City of Vancouver Water Department.

Estimating, budgeting and project management with diverse tasks for project & company development and enhancement of existing work. Utilization of multiple estimation programs for Earthwork and Utility budgeting, teams awarded several bids for various General Contractors. Lead Quality Control and Quality Management for duration of several projects along with Environmental Monitoring and Safety Certifications. Developed proposal for companies 3D imaging branch utilizing drones and orthography for earthwork modeling and material tracking.
