As an intern, my role and scope was broad. The following responsibilities were included:− Administrative Duties: coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, oversee supply ordering, update filing system, create new systems to implement (account manger role, streamlined new artist intake) - Account Manager (liaison between creative director and clientele): hire freelance outsourcing, establish project timelines, ingest project information, coordinate project deliverables, offer creative input- Executive Assistant: provide support to senior management through completing various tasks such as running errands, setting up meetings, updating calendars, overseeing itineraries, and hiring labor (interior designer, electrician)Accomplishments include:- creating new information intake system for new client ingestion- seeking and hiring interior designer for new office space- implementing new account management role in creative department, which entails forming new systems and practices
