As an Apprentice Financial Advisor at D.A. Davidson Companies, my role is to support and engage with our experienced advisors across the firm to implement and answer questions surrounding best practices in the realm of financial planning. These responsibilities include proficiency in financial planning software's as well as building a broad knowledge of the intricacies of practice management and client focused plan implementation.Additionally, I'm responsible for bringing the best client service to our Financial Services team and helping to carry out the trusted advice that Davidson is known for. In my role I field many types of requests as a Financial Services Representative and help manage tasks and responsibilities with team members.

The Summit Fund is a student run and led investment fund with over $500k in assets that bridges coursework with real world application of investment principles and techniques. In my time as an analyst I collaborated with 2 team-members to research and implement investment strategies in the Consumer Staples sector and also served as an ESG officer for the fund in the Spring of 2023. Additionally, I participated as an active member of the fund and was empowered to provide input on buy/sell recommendations from fund analysts in the remaining sectors. This experience provided me with skills and insights on how to view and analyze a business from the implementation of their core mission statement, to their earnings, and countless other factors.
