• Responsible for communicating with and acting as a resource for 35-40 residents who lived on the floor• Responsible for planning, advertising, and holding 14 programs for residents during the 2018-2019 academic year each focusing on community, academics, wellbeing, diversity, or service • Works duty shifts at least once a week from 5pm-8am where I’m on call and perform 2-3 duty walks of the building, submitting a record of the night at the end• Meets with each resident twice a semester to have extended individual interactions to converse with them about how their semester and life at VCU is going• Completes weekly report of building and residents and attends weekly meetings between staff and supervisor
