I lead cross-functional teams that solve real-world data collection problems for essential and vulnerable ecosystems.

Working with leaders in innovation, I served early-stage startup teams to define and execute product, experience, and service design strategies.

Founding all creative and design practices, I also instituted R&D frameworks for large language model training and performance analysis applications. Finn AI was acquired by Glia in 2022.

Payso was on an ambitious mission to become the "Venmo of Canada." We were eager to replicate the success of peer-to-peer payment platforms in the U.S. I was responsible for all brand identity and expression, marketing, web and product interface design, product management, quality assurance, and user research. Eventually, we realized the invaluable lesson that market differences play a pivotal role in shaping the trajectory of a startup. In early 2016, Payso became Finn AI.

I played a critical role in ensuring the exceptional quality of SaaS product iterations. Working closely with clients and product development teams, we collaborated to fine-tune our solutions and drive significant improvements.

The Producers Institute for New Media Technologies was a week-long social impact laboratory which brought together the world’s best social issue media makers with partner nonprofit organizations to work with leading technologists and mentors on developing transmedia tools and story assets to advance shared social change agendas. My contributions included collaborating with a small design team in a high-speed environment to create presentation-ready graphics and animations for innovative interactive products including AR and VR, and interactive video.

Certain Inc offers corporate event automation for data-driven marketers. I collaborated closely with clients to including BlueCross, Stanford University, The Goldman Foundation, and Future Farmers of America (FFA) designing and publishing custom microsites to ensure end-user needs aligned with their business goals. I also hosted webinars to provide training to new clients, guiding them on the best practices and effective use of the SaaS application.

Prowest Media produces and publishes quality apparel, calendars, websites, DVDs and magazines for a progressive community which stimulate business and awareness in the global market. My main contributions included editing and color-correcting photo assets for print and web use. I designed marketing materials for various media formats, curated and published web content regularly, and produced production-ready files for both print and web marketing. I also managed a comprehensive archive of print and digital media.
