Any engineer work is an art.* I'm lazy :D That is why I prefer automatization instead of manual labor.* I enjoy jogging and leading a healthy lifestyle.* In my spare time I like to play guitar and airsoft.My strengths lie in the ability to work accurately and quickly under stressful conditions. I prefer to pay attention on keeping all documents and project files well structured. Because I believe it is very important for the further project success. During my work in the hardware development I learned to find a common language with upstream management and my teammates.My weaknesses is that sometimes I can't afford to do something poor quality. It may be bad while creating MVP. Sometimes I spend too much time to study something trying become proficient in it.Another aspect of my work that is important for me is the impoving my employees' skills.Also I have an experience in teaching at the Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University. I also accompanied the students in the process of writing their graduation works.I have repeatedly been on business trips to facilities where my devices are launched and delivered to the customer.While developing a device I stay focused on reading documentation carefully. Properly read documentation is the main part of success. When I work in a team the most significant side is prompt communication with mechanics and software developers. In my opinion, miscommunication causes many mistakes. During my work I spend much time to make a device comfortable for a further assembly and debugging for others teammates.
