Provide technical support, remote help desk services, and consultative recommendations for billable and non-billable Marco clients. Acting as Tier 3 support for network, network security, and server infrastructure tickets. Primary emphasis of troubleshooting placed on firewall (Cisco ASA, Cisco NGFW, Meraki, Fortigate,Watchguard), VPN, routing and switching (Cisco, Meraki, HP, Brocade), virtualization(VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, AWS, Azure).
