Aligned to our Provider - Clinical Innovation practice I am supporting hospitals and physicians to provide a seamless, tech-enabled patient experience.Previously, I completed a 9-month strategic planning project for Accenture's Global Corporate Citizenship to create new company-wide social impact goals. I worked with leadership to create a Retrospective of the last 10 years of our social impact program. Then I conducted benchmark analyses and goal forecasting as we worked with many global stakeholders to craft Accenture's new 5-year goals. Founded and manage a Series LLC that currently includes rental property investment and travel media and influencer businesses. The original business is Switchback Kids, a blog, podcast and social media brand to document our adventures visiting all 59 U.S. National Parks in a year. At its height the blog had thousands of weekly views and the podcast has hundreds of thousands of all-time listens and growing, and included multiple earned media appearances and corporate partnerships.The current focus is multi-family rental property investing with a portfolio of 8 units and growing.

I started with the CEL as a student Team Lead executing a strategic planning project for an agribusiness NGO in Uganda. Then I was promoted to Senior Project Lead where I coached Team Leads of five simultaneous project-based consulting engagements for paying global clients in industries from real estate to retail. Contributed to the growth of the program in enrollment, clients served and countries reached through roles of Team Lead, sourcing, recruitment, team formation, client management, quality assurance, etc.Through this work I served and visited global clients in Uganda, India, Nigeria and Ireland as well as domestically in St. Louis.

Over three years at Cerner I was promoted three times to the role of Software Architect. Over that time I assumed a number of diverse responsibilities and was viewed as a utility player for my team. I collected and analyzed electronic medical record usage audits and physician input to create best-use standards for 4 medical specialties. Standards were published in playbooks implemented by all consultants as operational mandates.I led Intellectual Property development and coordinated cross-functional teams of UX designers, software engineers and clinicians to create 7 new software configuration tools. I organized and executed demonstration events to promote these tools and documented use and installation online. The tools simplified software configuration for clients and consultants as our team’s most-used developments. When our team's marketer left, I requested ownership of marketing processes and duties for the Physician Experience team. I more than doubled awareness and utilization of team products internally and externally.I managed pharmacy configuration standards as liaison to pharmacy consultants to ensure consistent strategy and optimal configuration was achieved.
