Current- Day-to-day management functions of commercial properties, including correspondence with Owners, Tenants, Contractors, and local governments.
- Contract preparation and project scheduling/ oversight for property specific capital projects and scheduled maintenance
- Preparing monthly reports inclusive of variance analysis, aged receivables and in-depth tenants sales and performance
- Working knowledge of complex lease agreements, including tenant build-out scheduling and plan reviewing process
- Developing and maintaining annual operating Asset Management Plans for each property pursuant to client guidelines
- Coordinating efforts internally between Management, Leasing, Accounting and Construction Management
