Overall responsibility for the operational, technical, organizational and financial administration of specific Trust Funds. This responsibility includes developing, implementing, and monitoring policies, programs, standards and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations and requirements, as well as overseeing development and implementation of strategic organizational, financial and technology initiatives. Representing the Funds in all aspects of leadership, management, strategic planning, personnel, public relations, and other functions as directed by Trustees. Responsible for taking minutes of the board meetings, carrying out all action items, setting goals for directing plan changes and implementing. Motivating Fund Office staff, interacting collaboratively with the Board of Trustees, local unions, professional advisors and colleagues, and for keeping up to date on all aspects of multiemployer fund administration.

Recruited as a Executive Assistant / Product Development Marketing Manager who could manage both Accounts and Marketing functions. Planned and managed all convention and trade show events around the US, designed company brochures and advertisements, professional presentations and Request for Proposals (RFP’s). Assisted the Sr. Executive Vice President in all day-to-day operations including multi calendar scheduling, team building, liaison between clients and vendors, liaison between clients and internal departments. I was noticed for excelling in managing the details, for resolving operational challenges, and improving processes. I then started an apprenticeship program working directly with the Vice President, attending all Board of Trustees Meetings. I was promoted to Assistant Fund Manager July 2011.

I was able to implement strategies that turned a non-profitable store into a profitable and visually dynamic retail atmosphere. Re-staffed a team of 10 and trained to execute sales goals and created professionalism. In charge of all operations, including, compliance of company policy and procedures, meeting deadlines, cycle counts, daily sales goals (consistently meeting or exceeding them), monthly paperwork, document retention, shipments and budgeting of store supplies and operations, training and payroll.
