As a business owner in the Entertainment industry, my personal mission is to provide an exceptional guest experience that leaves each guest wanting to come back! We have worked hard on providing a fun and challenging experience while taking each guest out of their everyday reality. I personally have been in Customer Service since 1996 working as a store manager for Hollywood Entertainment for 9 years running multiple Hollywood Video and Game Crazy locations throughout California and Oregon. In 2003, I was awarded Store Manager of the year for our regional area and received a signed Snowboard by Shaun Palmer an American professional snowboarder, skier, mountain biker, and motocross rider. After leaving Hollywood Entertainment, I worked in the inspection industry with Pacific Field Service for 12 years as a inspector coordinator and recruiter specialist. Currently, I am working as a business owner for Enchambered: Live Escape Room Adventure in Sacramento, CA. I truly enjoy helping people and talking to people that come through Enchambered not knowing what to expect and leaving with a since of entertained fulfillment. I have the perfect job of making people happy and watching them laugh and have a good time.
