2016-2019: BPO reinsurance processing of a mid-size specialty P&C company. Company acquired by large P&C and required continued services until the customized solution could be deployed on their infrastructure. Solution was migrated to a SQL platform. Provided IT support, SQL coding assistance, UAT documentation and results, Standard Operating Procedures and detailed end-user training. Migration was completed on time and within budget of engagement.2016-2018: GRS Technology Leader responsible for the lift out and integration of all Aon Inpoint (Reinsurance BPO) clients acquired by Genpact into Genpact infrastructure. This integration included all hardware, software, licensing and installation of ReinsurancePro, WebXL, nTier, SQL, Oracle, QuickBooks, Wings, SFTP sites, shared filers (servers) and email accounts. Managed all related infrastructure costs and permission trees. Project successfully completed on time and within budget.

Provided experienced consulting and business processing outsource services to EW Blanch/Benfield/AON clients. - Process Reviews: Ceded Reinsurance, Retrocession, Finance, Accounts Payable/Receivable and Treasury- Ceded Reinsurance and Retrocession staff augmentation- Ceded and Assumed System Implementations- Created, implemented and maintained customized reinsurance processing engines for multiple liquidated insurance companies with long-tail business. Identified, billed and collected additional reinsurance recoveries, resulting in the ultimate settlement $125M through collections and $40M by commutation on these liquidated estates.-Managed the infrastructure build, installation and implementation of WebXL in multiple environments, including rollouts of customized builds from this vendor. - Scoped, developed and implemented customized reinsurance processing engines for a growing US Insurer. This solution addressed the clients reinsurance contracts/structures that were too complex for the majority of commercially available systems. Using direct premium and loss data the environment created contract attachments and calculated 100% of premium cessions and over 95% of loss cessions. It also generated the direct and ceded accounting entries, reinsurer bills and annual statement reporting on an automated platform.
