I learned from some of the industry's best teachers and restaurateurs how to "host the party for your guests" and to provide exceptional guest service while creating an experience to be remembered and desired. My passion to please and for people carried me into a position of training & development where I was able to instill company culture and teach others hospitality & guest service and how to enjoy themselves while doing it. Not only for my peers at my home store but also for new team members joining the company at new restaurant openings. Management came next. Not only for overseeing the restaurants daily operations and to produce profit but to also train & develop our future leaders. Company growth led to rapidly needed education and I took on the role of Director Of Training for the AZ. market, overseeing our companies "University" for culture, hospitality & service. After establishing our "University" it was back into the field for nationwide expansion and satisfying the role of Field and New Restaurant Training Coordinator.
