With my nursing education & experience in working with a pharmaceutical company, I am well versed with medical terminology and are familiar with various rare disease medications. I have experience in Healtchwatch, Delta and EMR.I ensure my team provides a high level of patient care experience by training the team and providing helpful feedbacks. I also provide constant updates and continuous support to ensure I am setting my team up for success. I advocate for my team by listening to their needs figuring out ways to meet their requirements in order to for them to be more efficient.My enthusiastic energy and passion for learning and arts comes to me in my day-to-day life. I take pride in doing a little bit of everything . In addition to my career, I am currently taking a Front End Development and Japanese Language course. I illustrate and learn various arts and crafts for fun and occasionally get hired for commissions for my creative skills.
