I am an Operations Technology Engineer focused on advancing the utilities technological capabilities. Being an internal support role, I work a lot with the company's data needs. These needs can range from working on custom internal software development, to database needs, to website development. Along with these data needs comes other unique opportunities. Things such as helping on the Missouri S&T recruitment team, or getting to leading an intern small group for a summer of information and get-to-know-each other meetings.

Working as a member of the Distribution Automation team on both solo and group projects. I have created Python scripts to increase efficiency of device addition to our data historian as a solo project. I have also collaborated with my fellow interns to work toward finding a solution for an Alarm Management System. This internship has given me a wide range of knowledge about various technologies related not only to data management but also program creation and data visualization.

Part of the Missouri S&T IT Desktop Pro's team working to fix problems with and maintain campus machines, printers, projectors, and other hardware. We work with many different departments across campus and solve many problems alone and with teams on a daily basis.

Kansas City, Missouri Area

Helped the Kansas City branch of MMC Contractors with their transition into the new machine shop they were building. Did workflow and time studies to try to figure out how to best maximize efficiency of workflow in their new shop. Worked with many different groups throughout the company to collect data, organizing it in excel sheets, blue beam maps, and word documents. Attended LEAN conference and learned about LEAN manufacturing principles and applied them to the workflow study of the shop.
