At Liberty Mutual, I collaborated with the distribution strategy department to improve the on-boarding experience for new agents and brokers by utilizing quantitative metrics, which define new agents’ success, as well as both internal and external qualitative surveys. I then synthesized these conclusions to aid in quoting profitable business from new agents more quickly.I also analyzed the segmentation model that is used to target agents and brokers and made recommendations that better allocate the time and effort of field personnel charged with engaging with small agencies. Throughout my many projects, I worked on creating many useful excel dashboards to be used by both corporate and field stakeholders.

As an MD&RM Intern, I led the execution of a feasibility study into the market entry of a ~3.5 billion dollar space by conducting market research, utilizing proprietary data, and communicating with internal upper management and external industry experts. After the successful completion of this study, I, along with my team, developed an initial go to market strategy to bring to national executives. Additionally, I utilized the Salesforce platform as well as other, proprietary, data management systems to conduct "deep dives" of major brokers for Business Development Leads. I used these same tools to conduct a relationship study of brokers geographically to determine regions that needed further investment, and presented my findings to upper management.

As an Operations Intern at mortgage network, I worked alongside processors, underwriters, closers, and loan officers to ensure that all of the proper materials required for loan closings were prepared within the necessary time frame. Much of this work included performing employment verifications, obtaining verification reports, translating and organizing flood insurance data, preparing underwriting documents, and getting loan disclosure information ready to be sent out to borrowers. I also worked with the marketing team in order to ensure all employees were up to compliance across their various social media platforms.

I worked alongside club members and guests from ages 5-75 in group and individual settings. I encouraged the development of physical and mental skills which apply on and off of the court.

Working with children ages 5-12, I fostered strategies of interpersonal relations and group success in a variety of games, activities, and organized trips.
