+ Oversee all operations for the company including accounting, branding, social media, sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, training, and vendor & press relationships. + Design and maintain all brand content, print & digital marketing materials, along with the graphic layout of our website.+ Brought 150+ local and international couples through the entire wedding photography process; communicating individually with the couples, planning meetings, conveying the core values and style of our brand, planning and preparing their photo shoots, documenting their special day, editing their photographs, and overseeing final delivery.+ In 2013, expanded the studio from one lead photographer to three, with the addition of a contract video outfit.

+ Trained a local member of a non-profit organization to document fresh water wells being drilled so that western donors could observe the process and progress. Over the course of four months, I trained and taught one man who had never used a camera the basics of photography, how to operate a camera, archive photographs, edit, and assemble a press package for the organization.

+ I was contracted to design an 800-page educational book on a new pharmaceutical treatment for cystic fibrosis.
