Enterprise Strategy and Value (ESV) Practice

Fully and exclusively operated by current students, KVRX is the official radio station of UT Austin. As the Operations Manager, I oversee all primary content produced by members. I manage the weekly shows of almost 150 student disc jockeys in addition to determining which albums are added to our new music rotation and communicating with nation-wide promoters. I have launched a new bi-weekly workshop initiative in order to improve disc jockeys' production, performance and promotion.• Builds and maintains database of digital music for automated programming play during the absence of student disc jockeys • Represents the University of Texas in FairPlay, the national college radio diversity, equity, and inclusion program• Supervises and monitors the shows of more than 150 student disc jockeys to ensure abidance by FCC and station regulations

• Identified key operational bottlenecks and strategic opportunities for $750 million EV manufacturing plant • Wrote SQL script and designed Tableau dashboard to extract and transform raw Snowflake data into a real-time WIP monitoring dashboard for manufacturing plant

• Develops and fundraises year-long $25,000 budget for all internal and external events, including projected costs of new initiatives• Performed data analysis on all external events in order to guide strategy and track progress against individual metrics• Wrote bills to improve university-wide financial aid transparency, aiding in the establishment of Texas One Stop Acting as the governing body of the McCombs School of Business, UBC members represent close to 5,000 undergraduate business students. As the Financial Director, I fundraise, budget, and forecast expenses for the organization, in addition to leading the general council's day-to-day and strategic operations alongside the rest of the executive board.

As a member of the Analytics Committee, I prepared methods of data collection for and analyzed data generated by the dozens of events hosted by UBC each year. The highlights of these analyses were presented to the entirety of the business council, and all insights gathered were shared with the chairs of the respective events in order to improve the qualify and efficacy of UBC's programming, creating a benchmark for future years.Within the VISIT Committee, I organized and executed events for business and non-business students involving companies and careers in industries underrepresented by the University of Texas. I hosted events with RG/A as well as panels with data science, product management, and entrepreneurship professionals working across a diverse array of industries.

Throughout my freshman year, I participated in the First Year Leadership program and sat on the Legislative Committee of UBC. I undertook projects to improve and increase transparency of university financial aid in addition to establishing a McCombs school-wide student survey. By leveraging the data generated by the business student body, UBC will better identify solutions to student difficulties and administrative inefficiencies.

As the President of the Sustainability Investment Group, I have the pleasure of leading the University of Texas's first ESG and social impact focused investment team. I am currently overseeing the acquisition and initial funding of the $100,000 official McCombs ESG fund, operated by SIG and sponsored by the UT Global Sustainability Leadership Institute. I am beyond excited to soon deploy our Impact Investing internal group to provide grants to student-founded social impact ventures, using the returns generated from this fund.• Leads general strategy and operations by redefining organization structure, meeting with stakeholders, and preparing annual budget• Develops, fundraises, and operates a first-of-its-kind $100,000 ESG fund overseen by the Global Sustainability Leadership Institute• Defined and oversaw the structure of the organization by writing the mission statement and procuring funding for an ESG portfolio• Led stock pitches evaluating companies based on financial performance and environmental, social, and governance criteria

Acting as the inaugural Operations Director of Texas SIG, I oversaw the logistics of general meetings as well as the overall strategy of the organization. Drawing from interviews with general members, I developed the team's mission statement and streamlined the organization's structure. I enhanced SIG's recruiting process and detailed our summer strategy. Further, I helped oversee the approval of a $500,000 ESG fund operated by SIG, with oversight from the McCombs SII.

As an analyst within UT Austin's first sustainability-minded investment team, I led stock pitches based on financial models as well ESG criteria to include in one of our four funds allocated by alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. I also presented market updates to educate fellow members on sustainability innovations and concerns in a wide array of industries. Finally I completed research to develop a thematic investing thesis centered on inflation-resistant assets.

• Developed a dozen Tableau dashboard prototypes to analyze recycled material use and progress toward 2030 sustainability goals• Consolidated and reconciled dimensions and measures across more than 50 dashboards, increasing efficiency and performance• Aided in the scoping of a Tableau dashboard by performing multiple interviews with stakeholders and future users

Serving more than 250,000 Central Texas listeners weekly, KUTX is recognized as one of the nation's premier non-profit radio stations. At KUTX I fulfill many different roles. I autonomously manage digital music submissions, produce original content, assist in online content organization, supervise audio databases, and much more.• Managed the KUTX blog and website to promote artists and develop novel initiatives to drive community outreach • Produced the daily content of KUTX social media, increasing aggregate follower count by over 20% across platforms

XE is a leading company involved in all aspects of the foreign exchange industry by providing 300 million users with real-time exchange rates, 350,000 corporations and individuals with international money transfers, and thousands of businesses with powerful APIs yearly. • Reverse-engineered competitors’ pricing structures in order to develop, prototype, and present a new pricing engine • Collected, wrangled, and analyzed industry data and trends to increase available exchange corridors by more than ten-fold • Modeled revenue and trade volumes of loss inducing transactions, identifying cost cuts for the least profitable products • Valuated foreign currencies against the United States Dollar in exchange markets using quantitative and qualitative metricsAs the Pricing Intern, I helped facilitate the development of a new pricing engine with greater global reach and ease-of-use. I increased the available market data by ten-fold to include corridors on all continents, forecasted revenue and trade volume, and created comprehensive breakdowns of competitors' pricing structures in addition to various ad hoc projects.

I contributed to all functions and facets of the independent, non-profit station. I marketed and collected community donations as well as negotiated underwriting sponsorships with local businesses. I assisted in the production of the daily morning broadcast and administration of the music database.
