Every summer during my college career, I worked for The Tides Beach Club, located right on the coast of Maine. Throughout the years I was given more responsibility, including the training of all new beach staff and coordination of beach supplies. I catered to the needs of guests- often staying in the resort for multiple days- and came to know them well, forming a professional and courteous relationship that helped to tailor their experiences. My interpersonal and customer service skills were greatly influenced by this position, and I was later offered a promotion of Server in the restaurant to continue honing my communication skills.
