Andrew's has published works, both national (The National Post, Embassy Magazine, and forthcoming in the National Journal of Constitutional Law) and international (Humanitäre Hilfe und staatliche Souveränität), and Human Rights Quarterly) on the responsibility to protect and other issues of international peace and security, as well as human rights and the rule of law.
