Recent projects include:◼︎From the factory to the patient, contributed to the successful commercial launch of a novel neurostimulation device by leading development of multiple applications on Windows, iOS and Android. - Xamarin, UWP, WPF, Bluetooth, Azure◼︎Rescued molecular diagnostics project by rewriting entire HAL and integrating it into a rewritten WPF application. - Point Grey camera, stepper motors, peristaltic pumps, temperature sensor, GHI micro controller, SPI, GPIO, RFID, WPF.◼︎Enabled medical device factory test by providing end-to-end software design and implementation of an STM32 based medical device ATE. - FreeRTOS, WPF.

Enabled Qualcomm’s go to market strategy for security by advancing key initiatives:◼︎ Migrated QCT’s TrustZone distribution from source to binary, thereby enabling QCT to deliver value-add security features into a less fragmented ecosystem. Required customer interaction over a one year period, under difficult circumstances. Distilled customer needs into engineering requirements and solutions.◼︎ Led a cross-functional team of experts to design a secure boot architecture that paved the way to bring new features to market while also improving security.◼︎ Led a team of engineers to improve product security by employing countermeasures (DEP, Secure Heap, Stack Protection), adversarial testing and enforcing code hygiene (secure coding practices, Klocwork, SonarQube). Windows Phone security enablement on Snapdragon:◼︎ Worked closely with Microsoft to port Windows security features on Snapdragon resulting in the successful launch of Windows on ARM. TPM 2.0 bring-up on Snapdragon in TrustZone, validation and test. Deployed Windows SMC (KMDF) kernel mode driver. Consulted with security team to enable their development of crypto drivers on Windows.

Windows Phone enablement on Snapdragon:◼︎ Design and commercialization of SoC subsystem boot architecture that resulted in a dramatic decrease in Android/ WP boot time.◼︎ Unified memory map management across SoC subsystems ensuring coordinated, systematic approach to memory management, thereby eliminating many memory contention issues during commercialization.◼︎ Windows Phone security implementation that enabled secure over-the-air modem image updates.◼︎ Update of Windows Mobile boot loader to enable multiple successful commercial product launches of Windows Mobile on a succession of chipsets.

Worked on number of WinCE/ ARM embedded projects that involved BSP, kernel and application level development in C, C++ and C#.
