Foresight is a tech-enabled, full-service sustainability and ESG firm with 200+ global clients, specializing in mid-sized US-based manufacturing organizations. My role is to work with our clients, other consultants, and support staff to ensure that client projects are delivered in a way that exceeds expectations. Foresight has mastered not only the “what” of corporate sustainability, but also the “how”. This allows us to deliver projects, plans, and strategies to our clients to meet their sustainably goals and profitably and effectively.

As BDR, my primary function is connecting with perspective clients and matching them with Foresight’s vast service offering to further their energy and sustainability initiatives.

As a member of the Dealer Experience Team, I served as the primary point of contact and advocate for over 25 US and Canadian Poligon brand dealers, acting as the in-house product and sales process expert. My focus was on collaborating with dealers and customers to ensure projects were handled effectively and profitably. I was responsible for the successful facilitation of projects at every level—from design and funding, to manufacturing and installation. Within the Dealer Experience Team, I helped develop strategies to assist our independent dealers in successfully selling our products, serve their customers, and work more efficiently.

JTB Homes (along with their sister company, Interra Homes) is a highly-collaborative and quickly growing new home builder with projects across West Michigan. In this role, I was the internal liaison between the company’s 20+ independent real estate agents, and the company. I assisted with researching and relaying information to the agent sales team from the builder. In addition, I support, develop, and own company and team projects, and touch nearly all areas of business operations. The primary contact for our external sales team, this position was highly technical role with strong emphasis on project management, data analysis, and operational excellence.

I am so thrilled to have returned to Bedrock for a second summer! In the summer of 2018, I was once again on the Operations Team, supporting business operations throughout the company. I had be a specific focus on special projects where I can engage with and learn from different teams throughout Bedrock. Some highlights from this summer includes visiting Bedrock’s Cleveland offices, diving deep into projects I was able to own myself, and learning even more about real estate development from an industry leader. Watching the city transform week to week is truly awe-inspiring and I cannot wait to learn even more about Detroit and all it has to offer.

In the summer of 2017, and in the Winter of 2017, I participated in the Intern Program at Bedrock Detroit: the premier real estate company that is transforming Detroit. In this role, I collaborated on team projects with the rest of the Operations Team, Business Operations Team (The Vine), as well other teams throughout the company. I provided project and team level support to ensure smooth business functions. I had the privilege and honor to work under the Chief Operating Officer, Tamara Knapp, as well as other leaders throughout the company. This position was almost entirely project based: Projects I have participated in are spearheading and acting as an administrator on a photo inventory system that is currently being used to inventory Bedrock's property portfolio, inspect jobs, provide recommendations on property improvement, finding ways to simplify and improve business operations, thinking of creative ways to solve problems, among many others. During my time at Bedrock, I created many reports drawn from my research. I am so honored to play a part in a company that is transforming the city around us, as well as learning from the undisputed industry leader in cutting-edge real estate practices and development.

In this role, I worked under University Development for the Telephone Outreach Program calling alumni, current students, parents of students, and friends of the university. My specific duty was to form, grow, and strengthen relationships between the university and donors.

Selected to spearhead the first year of a summer Student Ambassador position for GVSU Student Development- a "in the field" type role to meet with and develop relationships with notable GVSU alumni in territory area.
