Started as an Enterprise Account Executive focused in new business for GoTo, then transitioned into Customer Growth given cultivating long term relationships with customers is my main goal. Through my tenure with GoTo, I shifted territories 3 times & migrated through 2 different teams, all while continuing to be a top performer on each team (1-3 of 8+ team members). While working through lengthy sales cycles (2-9 months & 50k+)I worked with my managers, directors & customer success colleagues to better define sales processes in Salesforce & lead many meetings to help drive focused relational business.

Although my work with Egen was short, it came at a crucial time for their product development. As their first sales person hired of a team that eventually grew to 4, we worked around the clock to define how Egens product stood out in the market. During pandemic time, Egen had a team of developers that had created an incredible healthcare solution for Tempus, though looked to expand into the ever growing grocery/food delivery market. After designing & building a product from PeaPod digital labs, I began researching & gathering market information from industry executives from Shnucks, Safeway, Kroger & the like to best understand how competitive we could be. At the time of my exit, we had understood it was too soon to bring Egens solutions to market as standalone products, & they needed more time of development to better migrate the competitive world of grocery/food delivery.

In working with GPM Corp, I was blessed to be the main champion of our startup (CareTeam) within our proprietary software unit (Gehrimed) that ultimately lead to our products & company being purchased. We would have whiteboard sessions twice a week with our development staff to discuss new product innovations as well as set up Beta tests for our large scale physician practices to trial/test the new product ahead of our rollout date. Post rollout I personally onboarded over 1,000 facilities over 35 states & built a comprehensive adoption workflow and implementation guide for facilities to expedite their onboarding process.

Extracting, breaking down, and analyzing marketing data, concatenating with sales data, and building out graphical representations of pertinent information to utilize with current and future clientele.

Extract raw client information and tracking data from marketing programs, analyze and remove unnecessary entries while compiling the pertinent data into professional, high level reports. This information is then utilized to streamline business and market processes, preventing future issues and forecasting product data.
