At SNS Capital Group I am responsible for leading the finance and asset management functions of the company, including accounting, financial reporting, and portfolio management. We currently own and operate a portfolio of approximately 860 rental units across 13 apartment communities.

At Phillips Edison, my team provided financial reporting for our multiple REITs, private investment funds, and joint ventures. This included creating all of the quarterly and annual filings with the SEC for the REITs as well as quarterly and annual investor packages and audit reports for the private funds.We also assisted in creating the quarterly internal presentations with the board of directors, as well as external earnings presentations for our investors.
