While employed by TSN I regularly rotated between 12 armed contracts which included financial institutions, sporting events, preparatory schools, resort centers, theaters and television studios. In addition I worked multiple temporary and short term contracts. My duties included:Providing physical security and professional presence to a variety of clients.Acting as a first responder in the event of an emergency and coordinating with other officers and/or the client to assess and respond to threats or incidents as they occurred.Maintaining a level of firearms proficiency and physical fitness above the state mandated standard.Punctual and accurate report writing and the ability to adapt to changing situations and client requests while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.I also helped to develop a firearms safety presentation that has become part of TSN's mandatory training.

As a shift lead on the Security Support Services (SSS-A) contract my duties included:FOB security for special operations bases, Guardian Angel (GA) personal security details and helicopter landing zone (HLZ) security. Performed internal guard services to include but not limited to, vehicle and personnel Entry Control Point, perimeter towers, internal roving patrols and armed escort services.Maintaining accountability of 30+ team members and their assigned weapons and sensitive items.Scheduling my team using Microsoft Excel and coordinating with the Army to ensure that our assigned posts are manned.Conducting daily guard mount and weekly/monthly weapons safety briefings.Conducting vehicle and personnel searches at the entry control point (ECP) utilizing the Military Mobile VACIS Inspection System (Vehicle X-Ray) and the Rapiscan 51k Single Pose Containerized personnel X-ray scanners as well as trouble shooting both systems for faults when they go offline.Conducting physical searches of vehicles and personnel.I helped to train the incoming Army unit on the use of the Secure Electronic Enrollment Kit (SEEK) biometric identification system and ECP standard operating procedures. I have operated the Rapid Deployment Integrated Surveillance System (RDISS) and am familiar with its installation and some trouble shooting.I have qualified on the Glock 17, AR-15, M249 and M240 and develop and conduct monthly weapons training/ranges. I also successfully completed the SSS-A AMOB training course prior to deployment which included use of force training, tactical combat casualty care, weapons qualification, and vehicle/personnel screening procedures.
