I am an experienced senior manager with a background in IT. I have been a Regional CIO and Managing Director for a global Investment Bank and member of the IT Executive Committee for over 15 years. I specialise in setting the IT strategy and building high performing IT teams in order to deliver it. I have set up and delivered programmes in global organisations for 25 years and have experience of operating in multiple culture having spent 9 years in Japan and 6 years in the USA before returning to London in 2012.I believe that aligning IT and business strategy is critical to the success of any company and I have built my career on being the bridge between the IT organisation, internal and external stakeholders. My BackgroundMost of my career has been in Capital Markets with a focus on Front Office Trading and Sales however I am able to bring value in any role with a technology focus. My recent experience has been in Enterprise Data Management, delivering a third-party platform for counterparty reference data.I operate with all levels across an organisation from hands-on technical teams to the C-Suite stakeholders and have experience in running BAU and change operations.
