Responsible for deal sourcing, due diligence, negotiations, and early stage portfolio management.

ANDHealth is Australia's only industry led digital health initiative. that supports the international growth strategies of mid-stage digital health companies.-Managed the ANDHealth+ accelerator programme, focused on assisting mid stage digital health companies to meet key investor, and customer requirements around commercial and clinical validation. -Responsible for delivery of the accelerator programme. -Wrote grant applications that were successful in receiving government funding.

-Responsible for providing executive consultancy services on the health technology market to multinational pharmaceutical and hospital systems.-Focused on advising large Life Science companies, insurers, and hospital systems such as J&J, Roche, Boehringer Ingelheim, Abbott, Imperial College Health Partners, GE Ventures, Boston Scientific, Northwell, Novartis, Philips, and Pfizer on their healthcare technology strategy. -Secured new customer contracts and upsold current contracts.-Managed a team of market analysts, motivating them to deliver projects on time and in budget.-Lead author on research paper funded by multinational pharmaceutical company.-Acted as a product manager, identifying customer needs for the in-development HealthXL platform and ensuring customer requirements were being represented in product features.-Led multidisciplinary working groups at HealthXL conferences across the world.-Speaker at Health Pioneers Conference, Amsterdam 2017.I supported the development of the HealthXL brand and strategy.International deals were signed between large healthcare players and smaller technology enabled solutions on the back of my recommendations. HealthXL tripled its customer base during my time at the company. The main form of new customer acquisition was word of mouth referrals.

Investigated Hypertrophy in Human Embryonic Stem Cell Derived Cardiomyocytes. This involved cell seeding and cultivation, pharmacological treatment, and biophysical analysis using Automated Microscopy and Flow Cytometry.
