DHS (11/2013-6/2014)- Served as a Sector Engagement Manager for Critical Infrastructure (CI) areas within DHS’s Information Sharing Environment (ISE).- Responsible for coordination of public/private partnerships within multiple sectors, including the Defense Industrial Base (DIB), Banking & Finance, Electricity/Power Generation, and Nuclear.USSTRATCOM (2/2014-3/2014)- Developed and executed a communications plan for the migration from USSTRATCOM’s Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) email system to the DoD Enterprise Email (DEE) service hosted by DISA. - Achieved more than 90% compliance on first attempt for migration across the user base of 4,100 individuals and more than 2,000 group mailboxes.USSTRATCOM (10/2013-11/2013)- Performed a Strategic IT Assessment of the Command focused on organization, processes and technology. - Presented findings and recommendations USSTRATCOM IT (J6) leadership, including CIO, including the recommendation to move forward with the development of a comprehensive IT Strategy and Roadmap.PEO-EIS (7/2013-9/2013)- Analyzed options available to the client for relocating one of their critical IT system’s Disaster Recovery (DR) site from a 3rd party telecom carrier facility, which was slated to close the following year.DTRA (7/2011-7/2013)- Led a team of three consultants supporting continuous process improvement (CPI) and program analysis & evaluation (PA&E) efforts at DTRA. - Performed all status reporting, financial oversight (including burn rate and funding obligations for upcoming periods), and management of the client relationship.- Directed efforts to establish a Cost & Program Evaluation (CAPE) function within the Agency responsible for providing independent evaluations of 100+ programs in terms of cost, schedule, performance, and risk. - Led five continuous process improvement projects that yielded over $1M in cost savings and cost avoidance to the Agency.

Designed, built, tested and deployed a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool for one of the top 100 craft breweries in the United States. This tool is used by the brewery to solicit pre-orders for seasonal release products from on- and off-premise retailers. These pre-orders provide an early indicator of demand and are used to modify brewing schedules and quantities accordingly. Analyzed return on investment, specifically in regard to sales representatives, within 22-state distribution network. Presented owner/managing partner with recommendations for most favorable locations to deploy additional sales personnel based on historical financial analysis, industry trends, and distribution/logistical characteristics.

Selected as the first employee dedicated to business development at Buccaneer. Provided oversight and coordination of corporate business development efforts in the public and private sector. Served in a lead coordination role on over 50 proposal efforts, including those which led to the firm’s four largest contract vehicles. These contracts are worth approximately $180M including option years. Developed corporate marketing materials in the form of one-page write-ups detailing the features and benefits of Buccaneer’s core capabilities. These capabilities statements are the primary take-away Buccaneer presents to prospective customers and partners, and have considerably strengthened brand awareness. Created a “Knowledge Base” containing reusable corporate background information, forms, quotes, and past performance. This repository was designed using Microsoft SharePoint, is web accessible, and is routinely used by all of our corporate offices.

Participated in 14+ software testing efforts between July 2004 and January 2006, and in the process identified numerous defects/bugs. These defects were brought to the attention of the software developer and corrected, which ultimately resulted in cost savings for our customer, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).Planned, reviewed, executed, and documented testing of CMS software applications, which led to increased efficiency when retesting applications to ensure defects had been properly fixed.
