• Responsible for helping manage the monthly department flow servicing to ensure proper delivery and activation of mortgage files each month from originating banks.
• Distribute work to loan administration clerks to ensure all received files have been reviewed.
• Track/Monitor for any errors in the reviewed mortgage files such as undelivered files, missing conditions, escrow discrepancies or inactive mortgage insurance certificates.
• Act as the main point of contact for originating banks and Colonial Savings, F.A. on any problems or loan discrepancies with purchased/delivered files.
• Set monthly Par rates to ensure proper pricing of the delivered loans and audit the SRP schedule throughout the month to ensure the pricing formula is working properly.
