I hold an MBA degree from Drake University, with a focus on Marketing and HR, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to apply marketing principles and strategies to L&OD and HR projects and improvements. I am also a board member of several professional and alumni associations, where I network, collaborate, and share best practices with other L&OD and HR leaders and experts. I am passionate about learning and education, and I continuously seek new opportunities to grow and innovate in the L&OD and HR space.
