As the manager of Audio Productions for Johnnie Bennie Media, I was responsible for the production, creation, and distribution of podcasts and music made by students and faculty of St. John's and St. Benedict’s. I was also responsible for remodeling, maintaining, and sustaining the KJNB Studios in Guild Hall and assisting people recording in the studio.As part of this job, I was the editor of the "So, What's Next" podcast, and responsible for mixing audio, adding music, and maintaining the monthly podcast posting on the Johnnie Bennie Media Soundcloud account. I was also responsible for posting the campus news in audio form every week. In 2022, I mastered the audiobook, "The New Start; A Johnny Fitch Novel" by Boz Bostrom. I listened to the audiobook, and provided feedback for edits and changes to ensure it was mixed before release. The book was released in 2022. Through this position, I won two awards from the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS) – Upper Midwest Regional Student Production Awards.“The New Age of Audio: From Radio to Podcasting.” a news package that covered my journey from turning a radio focused studio into a podcasting studio, with technology updates and a new lobby for students to utilize for study and socialization.
