Supervisor Of Energy Contracts
Current• Project Manager for corporate energy projects in excess of $10-Million; supervises and holds third-party consultants and contractors accountable for multiple, diverse projects.• Commissions and reviews quotations, technical studies, and project proposals; executes and directs project activities; and satisfies internal and external reporting requirements.• Investigates and executes capital energy projects including profit-targeted power generation systems and efficiency enhancing technologies considering systems’ life-cycles, resource costs projections, government acts and legislation, and project accounting.• Produces accurate, high quality internal and external documentation for the delineation of strategic objectives, metrics, targets, and key performance indicators.• Authors Council Reports and recommendations, public tenders, and requests for proposals; federal and provincial grant funding applications and project budgets; and filings required by applicable federal and provincial legislation.• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of collective agreements, policies, procedures, relevant legislation and programs at all levels of government, and budget items for strategic planning and risk mitigation.• Serves on the Corporate Climate Action Plan and Corporate Fleet working groups; member of the provincial Community of Practice of Energy Managers.
