Responsible for the overall project management functions, provide project leadership, coordination and management of all client projects . I serve as a conduit for communication between the technical team and the sales department and executives who make strategic account decisions. Key responsibilities include: supporting and managing services resources, facilitating approval for project management deliverables, managing project management processes, overseeing and documenting all aspects of the project. As the Director of Professional Services I am responsible for resource planning and hiring; managing all aspects of the project cycle including: technical planning, project plan, scope creation, progress tracking, resource allocation, change order requests, deliverable tracking, and time reporting. Work closely with customers, internal and external technical teams, executives and consultants to insure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule and in scope.
