I became a lawyer because, as an entrepreneur and business owner, I felt I could do better than my attorneys at meeting the complex needs of a startup. I built my practice to cater specifically to startups and small businesses and take a unique approach both with my client relationships as well as my flat fee based structure for many projects. This allows me to advise on scaling and growth strategies while delivering better results at lower costs and deliver exceptional work for a much smaller fee than other firms that run their practices with very high overhead. As a startup founder, venture capitalist, attorney and executive with experience in business management and both in-house and outside counsel, I have gained specific skills in leadership and execution. Much of my professional experience has involved building and leading excellent teams to execute business functions. My current professional focus is on legal representation, operational efficiencies, systematization, and spurring and supporting aggressive growth and sales efforts.
