Owner
CurrentAs a small business owner, I am overly protective and nurturing of relationships. I guard brand standards, project goals and other people’s time like a defensive line. My word is my bond and so is yours – and if something is not passionate or emotional for me, we can part as friends with a healthy handshake. The last time I shopped inside of a Walmart was over 10 years ago. I will wait in line for 30 minutes at Chick-Fil-A before rushing through the double drive through at McDonalds. The absence of a customer-centric philosophy, human kindness and positive interpersonal action completely contradicts who I am and what I stand for. There is no roll back or value meal worth that personal compromise. So when people ask me what I do, I have a tough time answering that quickly and honestly. I help people solve problems and reach their goals. I am proud of what I do and how I play my part in the process. I once heard that when an organization is clear and focused about one shared goal, everything else will fall into place. And for me, it is and always will be THE CUSTOMER. It’s really hard for me to sit still. My limitless energy and enthusiasm tend to be a little overwhelming. I’m a good sport and like to surround myself with like-minded people. I love to win but secretly, I prefer to see others cross the finish line first. Especially, when I have intentionally motivated or inspired them towards their goal. This may not be the killer, ‘hunter’ instinct you find in most small business owners, but it a crucial part of my secret sauce. And my proud achievements are living proof that it works! I’m always looking for a new problem to solve. I love making connections and can’t wait to see how we can help each other succeed!
