-Craft, approve, and distribute all press releases for the company’s Digital division, roughly three per week.-Write, revise, and distribute thought leadership pieces on behalf of company leadership, approximately three interviews/editorials per week.-Write and distribute three or more internal communications weekly via Mailchimp to an audience of 2,000 employees. -Lead communications efforts for acquisition of Don Best Sports.-Prepare executives for industry trade shows with product-focused talking points.-Manage an Internal Communications Professional based in London.-Maintain sharp knowledge of company products, new features, and upcoming roadmap.-Fulfill all divisional copy requests on tight deadlines as submitted by marketing leads and executive team.-Build robust internal and external communications campaigns in collaboration with Product, IT, HR, Recruitment, Finance, and Corporate. -Work directly with journalists and ad reps to purchase yearly advertising space in gaming publications.-Contribute internal stories to a monthly company-wide newsletter, seen by 10,000 employees.-Create, develop, and follow communications approval process that includes corporate, legal, and investor review.
