I served my church as a pastoral intern under Pastor Joseph Rhea and Josh Hausen in our church’s adult discipleship and missions ministry. In this role, I taught an introductory and intermediate theology class and helped lead our international student ministry.

I interned for TGC during the summer after my freshman year of college. During my internship with Phil Thompson, I was introduced to SEO and became fascinated with how I could combine my experiences in journalism and web development to make it easy for people to find Christian resources online.

I worked with a web development agency to build custom and template WordPress-based websites for churches, Christian schools, and law firms.

In this role, I taught expositional messages on a weekly basis, developed leaders, and managed the day-to-day operations. We launched a resource website, a devotional iPhone app, and 12 Bible studies for 300+ students across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

Locker Talk was my first entrepreneurial endeavor. During this time, we recruited a team of English-speaking 150+ writers and graphic designers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Mexico.
