  Colette is the co-founder and Executive Director of the BRC. The BRC is a nonprofit dedicated to providing expert clinical and educational services. It consists of two outpatient offices and is contracted by two hospitals to provide all the lactation services. IBCLCs are staffed in all locations to provide the highest level of care to the community. The BRC offers weekly support group meetings, parent classes, and has 40+ volunteer Community Counselors for continued support throughout a mother’s journey. Education offerings include, Lunch and Learn sessions for physician offices, physician resident observations days, IBCLC internship program, as well as the Community Counselor training program. The BRC has been in the community for 16 years. Colette manages 17 employees and is the bridge of communication between the staff and 23 board members. Colette’s writing skills include grant writing, the BRC’s monthly newsletter, blogging and social media. She’s experienced in Microsoft Office. Colette is also an instructor for the PA Chapter of the AAP’s Keystone 10 and BEST programs. She is a regular speaker at various lactation conferences throughout the country.
