Unidad are a Costa Rican based web company who worked with the State of Georgia (USA) to provide emergency support through Covid. This was a fast paced one off project to design and implement a new EMS system in response to the pandemic. The EMS was used to manage multi hospital waiting times, doctor allocation, and patient administration. In this role I: - Captured and documented client requirements in a changing environment. - Created detailed and clear project plans for an international team and monitored from initiation to delivery. - Maintained a risk register to monitor client and technical issues in a deal with these in timely manner to minimize liability. - Understand and respond to technical implications and design decisions whilst adhering to client policy requirements. - Lead design presentations to the clients and develop successful and trusted client relationship.
