At ProSource I meet with clients and their contractors to design their kitchen and bathrooms. My goal is to always listen to the customer and understand their specific style and needs. I also assist account managers to work with their customers to select flooring and backsplash. I create designs and pricing of cabinets in 2020 Design, as well as quote countertops, plumbing and accessories. I present this all to the customers with the account manager to create a realistic budget. Day to day I also send purchase orders, check in deliveries, track orders and communicate with customers and contractors on lead times for their product. During my work day, I pride myself on timely follow up and responses to any problems or questions that arise. Communication with customers and contractors is key to a successful project.

I learned how to calculate fabric yardage for drapes and price markup percentages. I found this experience to be very educational and saw what it takes to be an entrepreneur in the residential field.

Wegmans was a great experience for me. I learned the importance of providing great customer service. I started as a cashier and soon got promoted to sub shop.
