Colette Griffin is a partner with Strunk Dodge Aiken Zovas. Her practice is devoted primarily to handling all aspects of workers’ compensation claims including Informal, PreFormal and Formal hearings. Atty Griffin has also handled claims through all levels of Appellate review.Attorney Griffin has been certified as a Workers' Compensation Specialist by the CBA. Attorney Griffin has been appointed to the CBA WC section Executive Committee and has served as the treasurer, secretary, vice-chair and most recently served as chair of the section for 3 years. As a regular speaker for WC continuing ed programs Attorney Griffing truly enjoys helping employers, adjusters and others involved in the Workers' Compensation arena gain an understanding of the law and the interplay between the work place and the law.She also founded the Animal Law Section with her Co-Chair of that section and served as Co-Chair of the Animal Law Section for more than a decade. In that role, Attorney Griffin worked with area law schools to present conferences on the " Link of violence against non-human animals and people" as well as other relevant topics in the area of animal law.As Co-Chair of the Animal law section, Colette is committed to educating and being educated regarding the many developments in the area of animal law including working with area law schools to present conferences on the " Link of violence against non-human animals and people".
