• Lead Business Analyst in a key workstream in CIB’s largest single technology investment to date (budget £40m), integrating a new SAP Deposits/Core Banking platform into the bank. • Responsible Business Analyst for the following interfaces (Inland Revenue / FSCS / SGL / MI) from the SAP package to ensure all required Finance, Treasury Liquidity, Operational, Regulatory & Statutory reporting is supported on Day 1.• Coordinate multiple individual on- and off-shore project teams to ensure workstream deliverables & milestones are met, from CIB Change, SAP (external suppliers), Infosys (external suppliers), Technology Services and additional business & IT change teams across the Corporate & Investment banks. • Deputise for the Change Manager in weekly executive reporting; raise, monitor, mitigate & escalate Risks, Issues, Assumptions & Dependencies. • Ensure documentation is baselined & change requests raised in line with PMO governance guidelines.• Deputise for the Change Manager representing the workstream at the DLE PCC and other programme forums; Programme representative at Finance PCC. Chair weekly Project Working Group and ad hoc workshops.• Organise and drive forward workshop facilitation, requirements definition and query resolution.
