As a Library Assistant I at the Harry Ransom Center, I perform Circulation and Reception desk roles, which include the circulation of materials and orienting patrons to reading room policies and materials handling guidelines. I locate, handle, and reshelve materials for patrons and instruction in a closed-stacks library and archive via Aeon, and identify potential conservation concerns. I assist in the retrieval and routing of material requests from our offsite Library Storage Facility.

As a Reference and Digitization Assistant at Smith College Special Collections, I provided patrons with distance reference services via LibAnswers, connected researchers with materials, navigated physical closed-stack and digital collections via ArchiveSpace, handled and digitized fragile materials with the use of Epson flatbed scanners, and processed files and data entry for patron use via Adobe Acrobat and Airtable.

As a Circulation Assistant at Hillyer Art Library, I was responsible for public-facing functions of the library, including circulation of library materials via Aleph and Folio, connecting students and staff with our various online and offline resources, and administrative duties.
