I am a qualified Chartered Governance Professional and a Fellow of the ICSA: The Governance Institute. I have held various in-house legal roles as well as undertaking a spell as Deputy Corporate Secretary at the Care Quality Commission, the Regulator of Health and Social Care in England. I built and ran the company secretarial division for a busy accountancy firm in Surrey and provided outsourced company secretarial services to a private investment firm based in Mayfair, London.
