At Bevan Group I have two main roles, Head of Marketing and Graphics Depot Manager.Head of Marketing includes:Heading up the marketing for all of the Groups various companies and devisions. This included managing the websites, social media marketing, printed material, email campaigns, brand consistency, events and exhibitions management. I worked with numerous free lancers and my marketing team to complete the projects and continue to bring fresh innovate ideas within the commercial vehicle sector. I worked closely with the sales teams of the devisions to create the tools to help with their pinches including wow factor presentations, hand out and promotional items.Graphics Depot Manager includes:I managed and run the vehicle graphics devision that designed, produced and fitted vehicle livery for 100s of companies including man blue chip companies. I managed a team ofsign makers and fitters. I managed the projects from start to finish from sales, design, overseeing the making and fitting. I liaised with the internal sales team, customers and marketing teams to ensure all work was completed to brief. I had regular conference calls and meetings with customer and the internal management and production teams with full updates on the projects.Within this role I also gained experience on using large format printers, from print ready, set up and printing. I also trained how to make the vinyl kits using the plotting machine, cutters and laminator through two the weeding and hand cutting on the graphics. While in this role I also trained how to fit vehicle graphics, wall graphics and vehicle wraps.

Over the years I have worked within all the departments in IceBlue. I have worked my way up from office junior to now being an integral part of the company’s management team. It is through exposure to all aspects of the agency that I have gained a well-rounded view of the agency and transferable skills that I apply when managing the creative team. My main responsibility as creative manager is account management between the creative team, clients and suppliers to ensure all projects are to brief and budget, and all work is produced to the best standard. I manage several key accounts and attract new business. I work closely with clients to understand their brief and gain trust to develop strong working relationships going forward. I handle various clients and sectors and always approach with fresh ideas. The projects I manage are design led, digital marketing, digital design and website development. My role includes producing creative briefs, website specifications and digital marketing plans. From working on such a wide range of projects and clients I have a broad knowledge of account management, up selling, client expectation and client retention. I have over 16 years’ experience in graphic design. This knowledge really benefits both clients and the creative team. I am still very hands on with the graphic design and work on projects when required to ensure the deadlines are met. My graphic design experience at IceBlue includes both digital work right through to print – including brand development, logo, stationery, exhibitions, show reels, brochures, websites, apps, emails, leaflets, promotional items, presentations, videos and signage. I have designed and built several animations and show reels as well as design-led interactive websites. All this knowledge and experience is passed to my team on a daily basis.
