I am a highly motivated person, very approachable, energetic and caring. I have an excellent knowledge of first aid as I am a first responder and trained at an intermediate level. Due to my knowledge, experience and training in medication and administration in medication I was ask to review and update the current medication system at the school where I am currently employed. I was also asked to produce a policy and procedure for Homely (GSL) medication being given out in the school. I have also given in house training to staff members during an inset day so they are aware of how to give the Homely (GSL) medication safely. It is my option that I have a good knowledge of the legislation and regulations for medications and first aid in a school setting. I feel that I have a lot of useful information and experience from all of my current and past jobs and am very willing to share the knowledge I have and continue learning in this field of work, I really enjoy training and would happy accept any training offered to me. I feel I have a substantial knowledge of safeguarding and child protection which I have demonstrated both in my job as an L.S.W and outside of work.I have good communication skills with, patients, students, my work colleagues and other professionals that I need to communicate with.I find that the students I work with respond well to my upbeat and friendly personality and they really enjoy working with me.
