About Colette Sosinski
I am an Art Therapist and a Therapeutic Mentor with a Master of Arts in Expressive Arts Therapy, qualifications in Narrative Therapy and Logotherapy, a background in Educational & Travel Psychology and more than 5 years of experience in working with diverse groups and individuals in various community settings. My mission is to help people tell, express, clarify, change and reflect on their life stories, their experiences, thoughts and feelings, using a meaning-centered, value-based, and strength-oriented approach and techniques from narrative therapy, art therapy, phototherapy, poetry therapy, and biographical counselling.I currently work as an Art Therapist at UKM Uniklinikum Muenster, where I provide creative therapeutic interventions for patients with mental health disorders. I also run my own online business as a Mentor for Clarity and Change, and recently started working for It's Complicated, where I offer one-on-one sessions focusing on enhancing my clients quality of life by providing coping strategies, emotional support and psychological counselling. Stress management, emotional awareness, expression, processing and regulating are an important part of my work, and I am passionate about empowering people to discover and express their authentic voice, perceptions, values and vision through both creative media and narrative approaches.
