I received my Ph.D. from Princeton University, where I conducted original interdisciplinary research studying how changes in clinical and academic research in the field of child psychology filtered into public policy and broader societal norms. I have a M.A. in English from Princeton University, and Bachelors degrees in Art History and English from the University of California Irvine. Since 2022, I've served as a board member of the Association of Princeton Graduate Alumni (APGA).I have been an invited speaker at institutions including Columbia University, NYU, University of Michigan, Stanford, and Princeton University on topics related to women’s empowerment and career development. From 2021-23, I served as a Professor of Practice at Virginia Tech, coaching STEM students to solve real-world problems in a collaborative and transdisciplinary discovery process.
