I am a management professional possessing significant experience in economic, civic, community, and property development. The work in which I've been involved has been instrumental in the revitalization and development of low-income communities, providing safe and affordable housing to thousands of seniors, families and retailers. I have been told by colleagues and project partners that I possess a natural ability to establish and develop strong working relationships with key constituents, resulting in projects that are completed on time and at/under budget. I consistently serve as the go-to person for insight into problems, and for the ability to work with multiple parties and variables while remaining organized and focused. My background also includes educating others both in the classroom and in a more advising/counseling capacity. I have worked as an adjunct instructor at the college level, a classroom instructor at the elementary level, and as an outreach counselor working with families and children who are experiencing disruptions at home. My career has been dedicated to providing resources, support, economic opportunity, and education to communities. I am experienced in non- and for-profit organizations.
