Liased with high-profile clients to produce technical drawings to ISO standards. Produced a user guide for a new, complex process being implemented to improve the quality of the end-product. The guide was rolled out to wider teams to help with their training on this technical process.

Further design development of my team's winning project idea, as well as researching potential for acquiring a patent.
